我在windows 10上也遇到了同样的问题。我的eclipse版本是从eclipse站点下载的exe安装的。

我解决的问题是使用zip版本: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/eclipse-packages/

右键单击eclipse文件夹并进入属性。取消选中“只读”复选框。应用更改。单击oK。
