保持简单（可能是愚蠢的：）。

TimeSpan ts = DateTime.Now - birth;
Console.WriteLine("You are approximately " + ts.TotalSeconds.ToString() + " seconds old.");

只需使用：

(DateTime.Now - myDate).TotalHours / 8766.0

当前日期-myDate=TimeSpan，获取总小时数并除以每年的总小时数，得到确切的年龄/月/日。。。

我对Mark Soen的答案做了一个小小的修改：我重写了第三行，以便可以更容易地解析表达式。
