我通过停止“Web部署代理服务”解决了这个问题。打开:System -> Computer Management -> Services -> Web部署代理服务。停止此服务并启动XAMPP工作。我想这是MS Webmatrix提供的一项服务。

我在我的以太网端口上设置了一个本地IP地址。

然后出现这个错误。结果我并没有连接将电缆连接到它，因此IP不会解析为Apache中的IP集。
