我做到了以下几点:

卸载全局create-react-app npm npm cache校验。 关闭终端。我使用mac终端，如果使用IDE可能关闭并重新打开。 重新打开终端，浏览到你想要的项目，并通过npx使用新的模板命令约定运行create-react-app。为了让它工作，我使用了文档站点的typescript my-app来确保一致性:npx create-react-app my-app——template typescript

如果运行正常，您应该看到多个安装:一个用于react-scripts，一个用于模板。错误消息也应该不再出现。

NPM uninstall -g create-react-app在某些情况下可能是一个答案，但在我的情况下不是。

您应该手动删除位于~/的create-react-app。Node /bin/或/usr/bin/(只需输入create-react-app，并使用rm -rf将其从您看到的位置删除)，接下来只需运行NPM I -g create-react-app。

之后，create-react-app将正常工作。

最简单的方法之一就是使用

npx --ignore-existing create-react-app [project name]

这将删除create-react-app的旧缓存版本，然后获取新版本来创建项目。

注意:添加项目名称很重要，因为忽略现有的create-react-app版本是过时的，并且机器全局环境中的更改是临时的，因此以后仅使用npx create-react-app[项目名称]将无法提供所需的结果。

出现此问题是因为不再支持create-react-app的全局安装。为了解决这个问题，你应该从你的系统中卸载并完全删除create-react-app，所以分别运行这些命令:

npm uninstall -g create-react-app

or

yarn global remove create-react-app

然后用这个命令检查create-react-app是否存在

which create-react-app

如果它返回任何正确的路径，比如

/c/Users/Dell/AppData/Local/Yarn/bin/create-react-app

然后执行该命令全局删除create-react-app

rm -rf /c/Users/Dell/AppData/Local/Yarn/bin/create-react-app

npx create-react-app my-app
npm init react-app my-app
yarn create react-app my-app

对于UBUNTU:如果你有一个错误的模板没有提供npx create-react-app，并且已经卸载了npm create-react-app -g，仍然不能工作，请执行以下操作:

sudo rm -rf usr/bin/create-react-app    

# this will manualy remove the create-react-app. 
npx create-react-app 

使用typescript也可以。
