[Editor's note: the website previously linked here has been replaced with spam] Import the theme. File -> Import Settings. Navigate to the theme-name.jar. Click the "Ok" button. This will tell you restart your application, at least it did for me, and it automatically selected the theme for my editor. Change the editor's theme color by going to File -> Settings -> Editor -> Colors & Fonts. Select the scheme and click the "Ok" button.
