我也有同样的问题，但这招对我很管用:
从macOS 10.15开始，默认shell是zsh, nvm将寻找.zshrc来更新，默认情况下没有安装。用touch ~/创建一个。ZSHRC并再次运行安装脚本。

nvm install脚本默认将初始化代码添加到$HOME/。配置文件，它只由登录shell加载(在桌面环境中，您可能永远不会看到登录shell)。
