recyclerView.layoutManager = NoScrollLinearLayoutManager(context)
(recyclerView.layoutManager as NoScrollLinearLayoutManager).disableScrolling()

您可以在设置适配器之后添加这一行

ViewCompat.setNestedScrollingEnabled(recyclerView, false);

现在您的recyclerview将与平滑滚动工作

扩展LayoutManager并覆盖canscrollhorizontal()和canscrollvertical()来禁用滚动。

注意，在开头插入项目不会自动回滚到开头，为了解决这个问题，可以这样做:

        params.height = getMeasuredHeight();
